Personalised, hands-on treatment to relieve pain, restore function and support your long-term recovery
At Kentro Health, we bring together osteopathy and exercise physiology to treat the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms. Whether you’re managing back pain, headaches or a sports injury, our goal is to help you return to work, sport and daily life with confidence.
Blending osteopathy and exercise science to treat pain, support healing and help you return to the life you enjoy
Kentro Health is a locally owned osteopathy practice based in Ballina, led by Brett Robinson — an experienced osteopath and accredited exercise physiologist.
With over 15 years in the health industry, Brett takes a whole-person approach to treatment. Whether you’re dealing with neck pain, lower back issues or recovering from injury, you’ll receive care that’s grounded in clinical experience and tailored to your needs.
From hands-on therapy to targeted exercise prescription, the focus is on getting you out of pain and back to doing what matters most.
From everyday aches to long term pain, osteopathy can support recovery across all stages of life
At Kentro Health, we regularly help people with issues affecting the back, neck, nerves, joints and posture. Whether your pain is recent or something you’ve lived with for years, osteopathic treatment aims to improve movement, reduce tension and restore balance in the body.
Treatment guided by clinical training, delivered with care and designed to get real results
At Kentro Health, your care is shaped by experience in both osteopathy and exercise physiology. Brett brings practical insight into pain, movement and recovery, built from more than 15 years working in the health industry.
Every treatment is designed for you. That means looking beyond the symptoms to consider your history, lifestyle and goals. The aim is not just to reduce pain, but to improve long term function and help you stay active and well.
You will always receive clear explanations, personalised care and a treatment plan that makes sense for your body.
Brett is the founder of Kentro Health and a qualified osteopath with a background in exercise physiology. Having worked in the Ballina region for the past few years, he brings local insight and a calm, down to earth approach to treatment.
With formal training in osteopathic medicine, exercise science and rehabilitation, Brett combines clinical skill with a genuine interest in how the body works and heals. He treats people of all ages and takes the time to understand each person’s story, goals and lifestyle.
His focus is always the same. To help people get out of pain and back to doing what matters to them.
“I treat every person based on what they need to feel better and move better.” – Dr Brett Robinson
