Brett is the founder of Kentro Health and a qualified osteopath with a background in exercise physiology. Having worked in the Ballina region for the past few years, he brings local insight and a calm, down to earth approach to treatment.

With formal training in osteopathic medicine, exercise science and rehabilitation, Brett combines clinical skill with a genuine interest in how the body works and heals. He treats people of all ages and takes the time to understand each person’s story, goals and lifestyle.

60 Minutes - $150

Your first appointment at Kentro Health, Ballina, includes a full health history, movement assessment and hands on treatment. This session runs for one hour and gives us time to understand your condition, how it is affecting you and what approach is most appropriate. 

Follow-up Visits

30 Minutes - $100

Follow up appointments run for 30 minutes and focus on ongoing treatment, support and recovery. You will always know what we are doing and why.

Comfortable clothing is best. You may be asked to remove some layers so we can assess and treat the area properly, but your comfort is always respected.

Yes. Osteopathy can be very helpful during pregnancy and treatment is always adjusted to suit your stage and needs.
Most private health funds provide rebates for osteopathy. If you are eligible, we can process your claim on the spot.
